Curriculum · Year 1 + Year 2

One year earns the Certificate. Two years earn the Diploma.

Year 1 builds the person. Year 2 builds the practitioner. Every subject integrates theology, leadership, and skills you can apply on Monday morning.

Year One — Foundations of Faith, Identity & Leadership

Year 1 has one job: build the person before the practitioner. Grace comes first because everything else either flows from it or collapses without it. The Church comes next because you cannot understand what you are building without understanding what it is. NT Survey gives the biblical story underneath everything. Applied Theology teaches students to use Scripture not just know it. Multiply or Die installs the multiplication vision at the foundation. Personal Leadership does the full inner and outer life work — marriage, family, parenting, finances, health, habits, calling. AI equips them with the tools of their generation. Placement tests all of it in the real world. The Minor lets them go deep in their passion.

Year Two — Applied Leadership & Church Multiplication

Year 2 builds the practitioner on top of the foundation Year 1 established. Every subject in Year 2 assumes the student knows who they are, what they believe, and why it matters — and is now ready to learn how to actually do something with it. Plant a church. Lead a team. Handle money. Understand the historical moment they are stepping into. Care for people in crisis. Build organisations that outlast them. Year 2 is where the vision gets executable.

How the Diploma works

Finish Year One. You hold the Certificate. Stay for Year Two — or come back next year, the year after, or in five. Your Certificate stays. Year Two stacks into the Diploma. Two roads to the same award. No expiry. Life can interrupt without breaking the pathway.
