There’s one critical year that decides what kind of person and leader you will become. If you feel the nudge. This is it.
One year. Everything changes. A growing network of US campuses already waiting for you. Based in Alpharetta, GA — serving the greater Atlanta metro and beyond.

The line you’re joining.
Thousands of pastors trained at Futures over a century. A handful you might recognise. All of these are megachurch pastors in the US and Australia — and there are hundreds and hundreds more behind them: campus pastors, youth pastors, worship pastors, kids pastors, assistant pastors — plus the elders, board members, and business leaders building alongside them. The room has always been wider than the platform. Same core. Same teacher. The teaching and discipleship that lit the flame in them is the teaching and discipleship you’ll sit under — sharpened by 26 years of sending.

No script. No PR pass. Just US students talking about the year that changed how they lead.
This is what this year actually looks like.

You'll sit under the pastors other pastors call.
You have one of the most unique positions in the world right now. Don’t miss it.
Pastor Ashley Evans is the Senior Pastor of Futures Church Global — a 21-campus, 4-country church-planting network built from a single campus at Futures Church Paradise. Multiply or Die is the operating manual behind the growth — and some of the curriculum you’ll study at college.
He’s also the author of No More Fear, What’s Wrong with the Church?, and From Scarcity to Supernatural Supply. He is the leader that senior leaders are still learning from, in the room teaching you.
For one year, you study under him directly. You’ll sit in on the prep, the strategy calls, the rooms most pastors don’t see — inside a church with a 100-year track record and 25,000+ leaders sent into the field. A small group, by application.

The questions everyone has before they apply.
It depends on your stream. The Audit and Academic streams are structured to work alongside ministry roles — most students hold part-time or full-time positions while studying. The Internship stream is immersive (~480 hrs) and works best as a primary commitment. We’ll help you map your situation when you apply.
Physical campus is in Alpharetta GA with more US locations coming online. The Online — Global stream delivers the full curriculum remotely with live cohort sessions.
Teaching blocks, small-group discussion, and practicum hours. The Academic stream runs approximately 144 contact hours across the year — 3 hours per week. The Internship adds placement alongside a pastor on top of that. You’re forming and leading simultaneously, not waiting to graduate before you start.
Alphacrucis University College is TEQSA-registered in Australia. The Academic stream leads to a formally accredited qualification. Credit recognition varies by country and denomination — if you’re asking specifically about the US, we’ll give you the honest answer for your context when you apply. The Audit and Internship streams are non-credentialled formation programmes.
You don’t lose what you’ve already done. The Academic stream is built so each subject completes as a standalone unit — finish three, you’ve finished three. Tuition is structured so you only pay for what you started. If you’re thinking about leaving, we’ll have the honest conversation before the form does — sometimes the answer is “this isn’t your year,” sometimes it’s that we can re-shape the year around what’s changed. No shame either way. The door stays open.
Yes. If something shifts between accepting your seat and commencement — a job, a family season, a calling that needs another year of preparation — defer to the next intake without losing your place or your application fee. We’d rather you arrive at the year you can actually live than force the year you’d half-show-up for.
If you're still reading, you already know.
