Futures Leadership College
One year that changes everything. Three streams. Eight subjects. Three electives.
01 // WHY NOW
“The next ten years will reshape every institution on the planet. Those who act first will lead what comes next.”
AI, cultural fragmentation, the collapse of institutional trust, the decentralisation of authority — these forces are not coming. They are here.
The organisations that thrive in the next decade will be the ones that invested in leadership capacity now — not when the crisis arrived, but before it became visible.
In the last 20 years, church attendance in the US has dropped from 70% to 47%.
— Gallup, 2024
Leaders who don’t equip now will become casualties of a world that moved while they stood still.
Futures Leadership College exists to build those leaders — before the window closes.

Once you see the next step, you can’t unsee it.
Frustration + Curiosity
Someone finally says the thing everyone’s been thinking. Prophetic. Diagnostic. Not a rant — a roadmap.
Wonder + Freedom
What if everything you were taught about grace was only half the story? This session rewires how you see people.
Urgency + Purpose
God didn’t design the Church to maintain. He designed it to multiply. This session confronts why so much church strategy works against it.

Yes. The Academic stream is accredited through Alphacrucis College, a recognised higher education provider. Credit is real, recognised, and transferable within the Australian higher education framework. US students should speak with the team about how this maps to their context.
Audit = learn without assessment. Academic = degree-level credit through Alphacrucis. Internship = hands-on placement with a Futures Church pastor. All three attend the same lectures.
Two college campuses: Metro Atlanta (USA) and Adelaide (Australia). Students are embedded in Futures Church communities — Alpharetta, Duluth, Lawrenceville, and Adelaide.
One evening per week for all streams — 96 face-to-face contact hours across the year. Academic students add study hours around assignments. Internship students add 10–15 hours of hands-on placement per week. Designed for people working full time.
Practical AI tools applied to the daily life of a church leader — content creation, research, admin, communication, team management. Workflows that multiply output without multiplying hours.
No formal academic prerequisites. We’re looking for hunger, calling, and willingness to be stretched.
Fees vary by stream and campus. Contact ae@futures.global or attend an Info Night (May 21 or June 11, 2026) for the full breakdown and payment plan options.
