Year One built the person. Year Two builds the practitioner.
Plant a church. Lead a team. Handle money. Care for people in crisis. Build organisations that outlast you. Year 2 is where the vision gets executable.
Year Two subjects
Church Planting Strategy
By the end you have a viable strategy — whether or not you plant immediately.

The most practical subject in the program. First 90 days. Real plant.
Major CoreTH203Applied Theology Part 2
Doctrine into decisions. Theology into culture. Preaching at scale.
Applied TheologyLD201Multiply or Die — Part 2
Organisational architecture, governance, succession. The long game of finishing well.

Hold space well, respond with skill, know the limits of what you should carry.
Major CoreLD205Finance for Ministry Leaders
Read the statements. Build the budget. Steward the resources.
Major CorePL201Placement & Ministry Practicum — Year 2
Year 2 placement is evaluative. Real leadership responsibility, not volunteer participation.
PracticumYear 2 Minor — advanced specialisation
Year 2 advances the student’s Minor — going deeper in their chosen area of passion or calling. These are not beginner subjects: they assume the Year 1 Minor foundation and push into genuine expertise. Students may continue in the same Minor track as Year 1 or transfer into a different one. The Year 2 Minor is assessed at a higher level with a more substantial capstone project.
Tracks available in Year 2:
- Children’s Ministry (Advanced)
- Youth Ministry (Advanced)
- Worship & Creative Leadership (Advanced)
- Preaching & Communication (Year 2 only)
- Cross-Cultural Mission (Year 2 only)
Returning for Year 2 later?
Your Certificate stays valid. Year Two doesn’t expire. Come back next year, the year after, or in five — and Year 2 stacks into the Diploma. Life can interrupt without breaking the pathway.
